Always Responds Quickly - March 2024
Reckingers always responds quickly and has never made me wait for service. They've made emergency calls to my house on weekends with very reasonable rates They also just installed a new furnace at my house two days after their initial visit. The new furnace was a great upgrade at a great price. What I appreciated the most was the technician discussing options for repairs before I asked about recommendation for a new unit.

Reckinger to the Rescue - February 2024
This company is fantastic. I had another company install a part that they said was bad, when the furnace stopped working less than 2 weeks they never called me back and wouldn't answer my calls. Reckinger to the rescue. They came out same day checked my furnace and discovered it was leaking carbon monoxide, which is why furnace stopped working, they quoted me for new furnace came and put a temporary one in. The next day they installed my new furnace. Very nice people to deal with from office staff, sales person and of course the technician's who came to my house. I am even going to be set up on there maintenance program.

These guys are my heroes!! I needed new batteries for my car keys, I had to go to work, it was 7AM, nothing was opened, and I was PANICKING. I went to Reckingers Heating & Cooling to see if they had batteries by changes, THEY DID! They helped me replace the batteries of my car key, and didn't even charge me for it. Truly top-notch quality service! They were incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and friendly. Thank you so much!

Tenants let me know that AC wasn't working in the middle of our current mini-heatwave. Called Reckinger's that night and they got me in their schedule for the next day. Nice Professional and Patient - March 2023
I am so glad and lucky I came across Reckinger last year when looking for a heating and cooling company. Every person I have dealt with is nice, professional, and patient with me. They reply quickly, their charges are fair, and they answer all my questions without making me feel stupid or like I'm wasting their time. Most recently, my furnace died on December 23 around 11:00 pm. Coldest day of the year, and a holiday weekend. I never expected them to answer the phone, but they did, and came out and checked my furnace. It was over 34 years old, and its time had come. They came back Saturday morning (Christmas Eve) and put in a temporary furnace for me. I sure never expected that, and most people I talk to have never heard of a heating and cooling company doing that. I used it for almost 2 weeks, until my new furnace was installed. I thank God for them, they really saved me a lot of aggravation and stress. Thank you Reckinger!

Not many Heating & Cooling companies sell and install generators, but Reckingers does. A salesman came to our home and gave us a free estimate. He was very knowledgeable about generators and very professional as well. We were pleased when we found out that it would be installed so soon. Great Job!

Great Fireplace Install - October 04, 2010
Reckingers installed a fireplace in my home and how wonderful it is to have that extra warmth in our family room. It was a wonderful addition to the Christmas festivities with family and friends this year.
