Priority Service Agreements

When not properly maintained, it won’t be long before you experience problems with your AC or furnace. Unfortunately, these problems can turn into expensive repairs if not caught in time. By having an annual maintenance on your systems, we can catch the problems before they occur. And, in the event of a problem, you’ll be first in line for service!

 

The Peak Performance Residential Service Agreement

Our residential service agreement includes priority scheduling ahead of all residential accounts that are not part of our maintenance program. Additionally, you will receive a complete range of annual maintenance services:

At Your Furnace Maintenance Check, We Will:

  • Test heat exchanger & flue passages for leaks, cleanliness & obstructions
  • Check power supply & secondary transformer for proper voltages
  • Inspect & check system switches & wiring condition in furnace
  • Inspect flue pipes for leaks or corrosion
  • Check chimney & venting for obstructions
  • Check thermostat & start heating systems
  • Verify performance of ignition control or automatic safety pilot control
  • Verify proper fan or pump control operation
  • Inspect system blower or circulator bearings and lubricant as required
  • Check belt & pulley alignment and tension
  • Check air filter and proper fit and record sizes
  • Inspect and record humidifier condition and proper function
  • Shop-Vac inside of the unit to keep it free of dust and cobwebs, which over time can clog parts in your furnace and air-conditioning unit
  • Test & record system temperature rise, manifold gas pressure & motor amps

At Your Air Conditioning Maintenance Check, We Will:

  • Check power supply for proper voltage
  • Inspect outdoor disconnect switch
  • Inspect contact points for pitting
  • Visually check for Freon or oil leaks
  • Check power supply & transformer secondary for proper voltages
  • Inspect & check system switches & wiring condition in A/C
  • Verify proper fan or pump control operation
  • Inspect system blower or circulator bearings and lubricant as required
  • Check belt & pulley alignment and tension
  • Check air filter and proper fit and record sizes
  • Test and record temperature drop across coil
  • Check thermostat and start A/C system
  • Clean condenser coils and interior
  • Check and balance refrigerant charge

All commercial agreements include priority scheduling ahead of all commercial accounts that are not part of our maintenance program. Additional benefits are dependent on which plan you choose:

Inspection Maintenance

This plan includes scheduled or seasonal inspection of specified mechanical equipment. Any recommended additional services are submitted to customer for approval and billed as extra when completed.

Preventive Maintenance Agreement 

This plan includes:

  • Specific scheduled inspections of specified mechanical equipment
  • Routine seasonal cleaning of equipment
  • Routine filter changes at specified intervals
  • Routine seasonal lubrication of system components
  • Normal maintenance parts such as belts
  • Recommendations for system repairs and or improvements
  • Discounts on labor, & parts when needed

Full Maintenance Agreement

This plan includes everything specified in Preventive Maintenance Agreement, plus full coverage of failed parts or components as agreed to between customer and the Reckingers Service Department.
